Can I reschedule/cancel my booking ?

If you book a regular service (package), you can always cancel or reschedule a booking 24 hours in advance with no additional costs. We do understand that plan could change the last minute. If your request change of timing within 24 hours, and it's accepted by the assigned helper, there is no additional cost neither.
