A LITTLE CLARITY

How HomezyPro works.

The details behind a more considered choice.

HomezyPro is a sourced directory of home-service companies in Singapore. It helps you compare services, published prices, areas served and external reviews before contacting a company directly. Listings are unpaid. HomezyPro does not send your job to companies, transfer your contact details or confirm a booking. The listing-claim page is a preview.

Start with the job, then compare the details

A useful shortlist starts with what you need done. Choose a trade or search for a service, then use the filters to narrow the companies you see. Open a profile to check the specific jobs, price conditions and contact options before deciding whether to enquire.

A business address and its service coverage answer different questions. The address tells you where the company is listed as being based. Areas served describe where it says it works. A company based in one town may cover other parts of Singapore, so the coverage filter uses stated service areas rather than office proximity.

The home-service guides help you prepare a more specific brief. They explain the questions to ask about scope, quotations and relevant official requirements. The business still needs to confirm the actual job, timing and terms with you.

How companies enter the directory

Profiles are built from collected company information and linked sources. The published dataset is checked before import, and records flagged for exclusion stay out of the directory. The original hand-written profiles are retained alongside newer records, with the amount of available detail made clear.

A full profile and a listing marked limited details do not contain the same depth of information. A shorter record can still help you find a company, but it may leave more questions for a direct enquiry. Missing information is not replaced with invented prices, reviews, credentials or availability.

A listing is not a certification of workmanship. HomezyPro does not claim to have booked every company, inspected its jobs or verified every individual worker's licence. Where a job needs a particular licensed person, use the relevant official register and confirm the person responsible for your booking.

Recommended ordering helps surface records with more useful information for comparison. It considers the completeness of the available service, pricing and other directory details, with eligible ratings and review counts used in the ordering. It is not a guarantee that the first company is the right choice for every household.

The shortlist highlights companies with fuller details, while additional businesses remain available below it. You can change the sort to highest rated, most reviewed or name. A company cannot pay for a higher position in these directory results.

When you select an area, explicit town coverage comes before regional coverage and islandwide coverage. Companies that have not stated their service areas are excluded unless you choose to include them. Filter counts update with the active filters, helping you understand the remaining options.

How average ratings are calculated

A company's displayed average combines compatible external rating sources using their review counts as weights. Each included score is multiplied by its review count; those products are added and divided by the total included reviews. If there is only one eligible source, its score is the displayed average.

A larger review count therefore contributes more to the combined result than a smaller count. The result is a way to summarise the available snapshots, not a prediction of your experience. Read the source, date and review context alongside the number.

Company-site self-reported ratings and known mirrored scores do not enter the combined average. Incompatible measures, including Trustpilot TrustScores, are kept separate. Sources without usable counts cannot receive an invented weight. The total does not represent a verified count of unique people across platforms, because a reviewer may post on more than one site.

Reading reviews and dates in context

Review excerpts and rating snapshots come from the linked sources. HomezyPro does not present them as its own verified-booking reviews. Follow the source link to read more context, see the business's response where available and check whether newer reviews have appeared since the capture date.

Look for feedback relevant to your job. A detailed installation review may tell you something different from a brief comment about a routine visit. Consider the number of reviews and the spread of experiences rather than treating a single high or low comment as the whole story.

A checked date describes when the information was captured or reviewed for the directory. It does not mean a licence was verified that day or that the company has an available appointment. Confirm changing details directly before arranging the work.

Prices, examples and missing rates

A published price belongs to a named service and its stated conditions. HomezyPro shows examples where the collected information supports a usable figure. Read the number of units, minimum booking, materials and other conditions before comparing it with another company's price.

Ask for a quote means a suitable published rate is not available for that service in the directory. It does not imply that the company is expensive or that it has refused to provide a price. A clear job brief is the next step for obtaining a comparable response.

Homepage price summaries use matching advertised starting rates for a named job, with one eligible rate per company. They exclude identifiable promotions and unrelated packages and require at least three companies before displaying an average. They are directory samples, not market-wide averages, final invoices or binding quotations.

Maps, coverage and contact details

Map pins are shown only where the collected address has a matching verified building location. If an address cannot be resolved confidently, the profile does not display a speculative map. Public map captions and directions omit unit numbers, and an address is not an invitation to visit without checking first.

Coverage tags come from what the company states about its service areas. They do not establish current appointment availability or a travel charge. Confirm your town, property type and job directly with the business even when its profile says it serves all of Singapore.

Call and WhatsApp links contact the company directly. HomezyPro does not receive or supervise that conversation. Keep the written quote and booking confirmation from the company, including the agreed scope and how additional work will be approved.

What is not available yet

Saved lists, quote requests and guided job matching are not available on the public site. Use search, the service-area picker and the filters to narrow the directory, then compare the profiles yourself. Check each company's actual services against your job before contacting it.

HomezyPro does not deliver requests or make bookings. Contact a company directly when you are ready to arrange work. For an emergency, call the company or the appropriate emergency service rather than waiting on a directory.

The claim-listing page is a preview. Completing it does not establish ownership or change a company profile. Real ownership checks and live request handling need a separate operational process before those features can be offered as active services.

Questions about HomezyPro

Does paying change a company's position?

Directory listings are unpaid, and a company cannot buy a higher position in these results. The sorting and filters use the available directory information. Recommended ordering is a way to surface useful records, not a paid endorsement or a guarantee about the company's suitability for your particular job.

Are the reviews verified HomezyPro bookings?

No. The reviews and rating snapshots come from external sources linked on the profile. HomezyPro does not claim those customers booked through this site. Read the original source and capture date, and use the review information alongside service fit, a clear quotation and the company's response to your enquiry.

Can I use the displayed price as my final quote?

Confirm it with the company first. Published rates can have minimums, exclusions or conditions that do not match your job. Share the relevant details and request a written total, including any inspection fee and the process for approving extra work. HomezyPro's price display is a comparison aid.

Who writes the home-service guides?

The guides are prepared as HomezyPro editorial content using the directory and identified primary sources. They are intended to help you ask better questions, not to replace a site inspection or professional advice. Regulatory and technical references are linked where used; no named expert review is implied without an actual review.

About this guide

Practical guidance for comparing home services. Company details come from the HomezyPro directory; technical and regulatory points link to their sources. This is not a site inspection or a professional assessment of your home.
