Depends on your area and the day. Tell us both, and we'll give you the earliest slot we have. We're out Monday to Saturday, 10am-6pm. We confirm the day first and the arrival window once the team's route is set, and we do not promise an exact minute, because the job before yours decides it. For anything outside those hours, ask and we'll tell you what we can arrange.

We cover every major brand sold in Singapore, including Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic , Midea, Gree, and LG, across HDB flats, condos, landed homes, and commercial units. That includes wall-mounted, cassette and ducted units, and VRV systems. The one thing we do not take on is portable air-conditioners.

Not before the cause is confirmed, and nobody honestly can. Until a technician has tested the unit, the fault and the condition of its parts are not known. What we do commit to is the order of things: you hear what we found and what it costs, nothing starts until you approve it, the unit is tested before we close the job, and our workmanship is covered for 30 days.
