The table shows the general servicing rate for one indoor unit that each company publishes, with a link to its source. 66 companies publish this rate. Their lowest published rates run from S$15 to S$90, with S$40 in the middle, as printed.

How per-unit pricing works
Most companies quote aircon servicing per unit, and a unit here means each indoor unit, the part on your wall or in your ceiling. If you have three indoor units, expect to be counted as three units, even if they share one outdoor condenser.
A "From" price often assumes several units in one visit. A company may print the rate it charges for a booking of several units, and charge a different rate when you book fewer. The conditions under the headline figure decide what you pay, so check the company's page for:
- the minimum number of units the rate applies to
- any minimum charge per visit
- whether ceiling cassette units cost the same as wall-mounted ones
- extra charges for weekend slots or hard-to-reach condensers
- whether the printed figure includes GST
Minimum bookings and multi-unit visits
Many companies set a minimum for each visit. It may be a minimum number of units, or a minimum charge per visit whatever the number of units you book. Some companies also price one unit differently from three or more units serviced together.
This is why there is no single price for servicing 3 units. The total for three units depends on whether the company's rate already assumes several units, whether a minimum applies and what types of unit you have.
How the total is built for 1 to 5 units

Contracts or one-off servicing
Some companies offer a yearly contract that covers a set number of visits, while others price each visit on its own. Our guide to one-off servicing or a maintenance contract explains the trade-offs.
To compare the two fairly, ask each company:
- how many visits a year the contract includes
- how many units, and which types, each visit covers
- whether each contract visit matches one-off general servicing
- how payment and cancellation work
Then compare the contract's total for the year with the written price of the same number of one-off visits for your exact units. Do not estimate the one-off side by multiplying a published one-unit rate, because minimums and multi-unit conditions often change the result.

Condition matters because dirt builds up between visits. Daikin Singapore notes that skipping regular servicing reduces cooling performance, can clog the cooling coil and can lead to water leakage. A unit in that state may need more than general servicing.
If your condenser is in an awkward spot, or you can only be home on a weekend, mention it when you ask for the price.
How to ask for a quote for several units
When you contact a company, send these details:
- the number of indoor units you want serviced
- the type of each unit, wall-mounted or ceiling cassette
- the BTU of each unit, if you can find it
- when each unit was last serviced
- any symptoms, such as weak cooling, a bad smell or water leaking indoors
- where the outdoor condenser is and how to reach it
Ask for two figures in writing: the price per unit and the total for the visit, including any minimum or weekend charge. A written total lets you compare companies on what you will actually pay.

Does the price include the outdoor condenser?
Do not assume either way. Most companies count units by the indoor unit, and what a visit covers for the outdoor condenser varies from company to company. Read the conditions on the company's page and ask whether the condenser is included before you confirm.
How often should I service my aircon?

Daikin says a filter indicator light is a reminder to clean the air filter, and you reset it with the filter button on the remote afterwards.
